Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love every Plant.cessories item you purchase from us. Because each piece is handmade to order with care, we do not offer returns. However, we are happy to provide exchanges for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

What is Eligible for Exchange?

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused, unopened, and unworn
  • In the same condition you received them
  • In original packaging with tags included
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

**Exchanges are subject to product availability. If we do not have the same product available, you may be offered a store credit instead.

Jewelry & Live Plants

Due to hygiene and plant-health concerns:

  • Jewelry items are final sale — no returns or exchanges
  • Live plants are not eligible for return or exchange

If you ever have a concern about a jewelry or live plant item, please reach out — we always want to make sure you’re happy with your order.

How to Request an Exchange

Contact Us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

Please wait for approval before sending anything back. Packages sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Shipping Costs

  • If we made an error or the item arrived damaged/defective, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
  • For all other exchanges, customers cover return shipping.

Handmade Notice

Minor variations are a natural part of handcrafted and made-to-order goods — think of them as personality! These variations aren’t considered defects.

EU Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Orders shipped into the EU may be cancelled or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, as long as the product is returned in original, unused condition with packaging and proof of purchase.
